Saga Email Signature Guide
Copy the interior of this box into your custom email signature in your Saga Gmail settings. Replace the fields with your name, position, region, phone number, and pronouns.
In order to update your email signature, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings gear in the top-left corner of the screen, then select See all settings
- Under General, scroll down until you see Signature, and then select Create New
- Name your signature, and then copy and paste the email signature shown in the beginning of this article. From here, update the information to be your information.
- In the Signature defaults section, use the drop-down menus to configure your signature usage. "No signature" is selected by default.
- If you want the signature to appear when you compose a new message, select the name of your signature under "for new emails use".
- If you want the signature to appear when you reply/forward emails, select the name of your signature under "for reply/forward use".
- Select Save Changes at the bottom of the page and your email signature will be ready to go!
