ADP Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble logging into ADP, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Clear cache on Chrome browser
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More (The 3 Dotted-Menu), then select Delete browsing data.
- At the top of the Delete browsing data window, choose a time range. We recommend selecting All Time.
- Make sure the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked.
- Click Delete data.
- After you clear cache and cookies:
- Some settings on sites get deleted. For example, if you were signed in, you’ll need to sign in again.
- If you turn sync on in Chrome, you’ll stay signed into the Google Account you’re syncing to in order to delete your data across all your devices.
- Some sites can seem slower because content, like images, needs to load again.
Use a different browser
If you are using Chrome and have issues with ADP, you can try other browsers like Firefox or Safari.
Reset your password
If you are having password issues, you can try resetting your password.
- On the ADP sign-in page, click Forgot password.
- Enter you user ID if you haven't saved it.
- Enter an email or a phone number that you have record with Saga.
- It will give you some options on where it should send the verification code to. Select an option that you can receive the code.
- Enter the code you receive on screen to verify your identity.
- After completing your verification, you can sign in directly, or create a new password for next time use.
