Computer is Not Charging
If your computer isn't charging properly, try these tests before you reach out to the IT team.
- Confirm that the connections are plugged in fully and securely both on the charger and into your laptop.
- If there is any damage to your charger, unplug it immediately and contact helpdesk@saga.org to notify IT to issue you a replacement charger.
- Try plugging your charger into a different power outlet and see if the device receives power.
- If possible, try plugging the charger cable into another suitable device and see if it connects and receives power.
- If possible, try another charger cable of the same type on your device and see if it connects and receives power.
