Google Workspace User Guide

Saga utilizes Google Workspace for daily tasks. If you encounter any issues when using Google Workspace products, the following links from Google can be useful.

Here is an example of how to utilize one of these links to find the way to complete a task - making different headers for different sections in Google Docs.

Since we need help with Google Docs, we would go to the Google Docs Help Page.

Google Docs Help page

There are two ways for you to find the information you need on this page:

Find articles by typing into the search bar

  1. On the top of the page, there is a search bar for us to type in our request and look for relevant articles. Describe your issue in a short phrase and click "Enter" on your keyboard to start the search.
Search bar on the top
  1. Not only can the search bar help you find relevant help articles, but it can also show related questions that other users posted in the community. These posts are useful as there might be people who were having a similar issue and had found a solution already.
Both articles and community posts can be helpful!
  1. in the post, we can scroll through the replies to see if any of them answers our question.
Try the replies out to see if the issue is solved.

Find articles by categories and titles

  1. You can scroll down on the same page and look for the articles you need by their categories and titles.

  1. Go into the article, there would be instructions for different types of devices, and we can expand on the subtitles to find the information we need.
